Flip Flops. Helps keep your feet healthy when heading for a swim or to the shower.

If, like I am, you're feeling the ravages of time and you don't burn off your food as quickly as you used to. You find yourself looking at your reflection and thinking," is that really how I look now?"'.

The time has come to start doing some exercise, yup going to the gym!

Is it going to last? Ensure the material is not going to tear at the first opportunity and if dropped will your bottle of aftershave smash? Purchasing the most inexpensive bag you can find is probably not the best idea.

Will it carry every thing you need it to hold?
